Dr. Sarla Kumari graduated from well known and largest teaching institution of Pakistan Dow Medical College Karachi in 1991. She did post graduation in internal medicine from College of Physician and Surgeons of Pakistan also she pursue her further studies from UK took membership from Royal College of Physician of U.K . In 2002 she was appointed as an Assistant Professor in Dow Medical College Civil Hospital Karachi was actively involved in teaching activities of under and post graduate students and actively handling medical ward and intensive care unit in Civil Hospital Karachi. In 2006 she moved to Dubai started working as Specialist Physician since working here got interest in Diabetes and Endocrinology she took further studies in diabetes got Diabetes Diploma from Leicester University U.K . She is a member of American Diabetic Association and American association of clinical Endocrinologist. She has many national and international papers to her credit also she has active involvement in diabetes related research programs in UAE.

She has more than 25 years of experience in field of general internal medicine .
Her main interest remains in the field of General internal medicine with special interest in Diabetes and endocrine disorders.
She consider it is a challenge for herself, which she enjoy as well as to continue to practice as a general internist in this era of sub- specialization. She firmly believe that the chaos, dysfunction and disorganization that characterize today’s medical care (both in developed as well as in developing countries), a true general internets can play a leading role from uncomplicated primary care to the continuous care of patients with multiple, complex and chronic diseases by keeping lesion with all other specialties.
